About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) document for the Granite School District in Utah related to a cleanroom environmental monitoring and testing contract. The document outlines the services required for environmental monitoring, testing, certification, and related services for cleanrooms, controlled environments, and associated equipment. The procurement is structured as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) anticipated to result in a single award, with the methodology for determining the number of awards detailed within the SOW itself. The scope encompasses comprehensive environmental monitoring and certification services to ensure cleanroom compliance and operational standards across the district's facilities.

The SOW establishes specific technical requirements and standards for the contractor's environmental monitoring and testing services, including protocols for data collection, analysis, and certification documentation. Contractors responding to this IFB must demonstrate qualified expertise in cleanroom environmental monitoring and the ability to meet the district's specifications for controlled environment maintenance and certification. The document serves as the technical foundation for the procurement process and establishes the performance standards and deliverables expected from the selected contractor throughout the contract term.
