About this file
This Scope of Work (SOW) is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by Granite School District's Purchasing Department for a QPCR Analytical Instrument. The procurement seeks competitive pricing from qualified vendors to provide the specified analytical equipment for delivery to the Granite School District CTE facility located at 2500 S State Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84124. The district anticipates a single award based on the evaluation methodology outlined in the SOW. The document specifies that the brand name and model number serve as quality and functionality standards but are not restrictive; vendors may submit equivalent alternate products with complete manufacturer specifications, descriptive literature, and warranty information for consideration.
Pricing must include freight with F.O.B. Destination terms, with delivery to a location equipped with a loading dock. The Granite School District reserves the right to award to the overall low bidder, multiple vendors by line item, or by lowest cost total per brand if determined to be in the best interest of the district. Additionally, GSD reserves the option to order additional units within the next 12 months at the quoted pricing if the supplier agrees and if the district requests such options. Vendors must provide manufacturer order minimums and quote numbers in applicable fields. All questions must be submitted through the Utah Public Procurement Place, with answers provided through the same platform. The IFB will close at a specified time, and quotes submitted after the closing deadline will not be accepted. Vendors with outstanding state tax liens are ineligible to submit bids.
