About this file
This is an amendment document related to a construction project for the American Legion Post 673 in Ashley Borough, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The amendment modifies the original contract terms for the construction of a new 3,276 square foot building with associated site work at 121 North Main Street. The project involves replacing the existing building at the same location, with the existing structure remaining in place until operations transition to the new facility. The project is privately funded by the American Legion Post 673 and requires performance and payment bonding as well as formal contract award documentation.
The amendment addresses modifications to the original contract specifications, terms, or conditions established during the bidding process. As a privately funded initiative rather than a public agency project, the construction contract is subject to the bonding requirements and standard construction practices outlined in the solicitation documents. Key details regarding specific pricing adjustments, timeline modifications, scope changes, or other contractual revisions contained within this amendment would be detailed in the amendment's substantive sections.
