About this file

This is an Insurance Coverage Declaration form submitted by Letcher County Fiscal Court in Kentucky in support of a disaster-related property acquisition and demolition project. The document serves as proof of required insurance coverage for bidders and contractors participating in the demolition services procurement (Invitation for Bid 5075-Letcher-Demolition Services - R-9). The declaration outlines the mandatory insurance requirements that must be maintained throughout the contract period, including general liability, property damage, and workers' compensation coverage as specified in the bid documents and contract terms.

The Insurance Coverage Declaration establishes the minimum insurance thresholds and coverage types required for contractors to be eligible for award and contract performance. This document functions as a compliance verification mechanism ensuring that all awarded contractors maintain adequate insurance protection during the demolition services execution. The specific coverage amounts, policy types, and proof-of-insurance submission requirements are detailed within the declaration to protect both Letcher County and contractor personnel involved in the disaster-related demolition operations.
