About this file

This is an Evaluation Criteria document for the Boulder County Sheriff's Office in Colorado related to a solicitation for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) staffing services at the Boulder County Jail. The Boulder County Sheriff's Office seeks proposals from qualified ambulance, emergency medical services, or healthcare staffing organizations to provide EMT personnel on a twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) day per week basis to support the Jail Division's medical operations. The solicitation requires vendors to provide reliable, appropriately credentialed EMT personnel capable of meeting the jail's medical staffing needs.

The evaluation criteria document establishes the standards and benchmarks by which the Boulder County Sheriff's Office will assess and compare submitted proposals from interested vendors. The specific evaluation metrics, weighted factors, and scoring methodology contained within this document guide the selection process to identify the most qualified vendor capable of meeting the jail's EMT staffing requirements. Interested vendors should direct any questions regarding the Boulder County procurement process to procurement@bouldercounty.gov and should review the submittal instructions and Americans with Disabilities Act and Equal Opportunity Notice available through the Boulder County website.
