This is an image of the official seal for Naval Base Coronado. The seal features a circular design with a rope border in gold and black. The central background is divided between yellow and blue sections. The yellow portion displays a silhouette of the state of California, while the blue section contains a biplane graphic representing early naval aviation history. Three emblems are positioned in the lower center of the seal: a yellow circular patch on the left, a blue triangular naval aviation insignia in the center, and a purple circular patch on the right. Six black stars are evenly spaced along the bottom border of the outer rope circle. The text "NAVAL BASE CORONADO" arcs along the top of the seal in bold black letters.
