About this file

This document is a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 3 for the lease of office space in La Plata, Maryland. The RLP seeks to lease a minimum of 4,690 ABOA square feet and a maximum of 4,925 ABOA square feet of office space for a 10-year lease term, with a 5-year firm term and a 5-year renewal option. The delineated geographic area for the office space is defined, and offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all available terms under the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) for consideration against future GSA requirements. The tenant improvements and building-specific amortized capital are to be amortized over a 5-year period.
