About this file

This document is an addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the St. Johns River Water Management District (District) for Hydrologic, Hydraulic, Hydrodynamic and Environmental Modeling and Analysis Services. The addendum clarifies that Page 10 of the RFQ has been revised to remove an internal comment during the draft routing process, but the response due date of 2:00pm on April 18, 2023 remains unchanged. The District is seeking to enter into agreements with environmental and professional engineering firms licensed in Florida that have expertise in hydrologic modeling and analysis, environmental assessment, independent scientific/technical peer review, and other related services to support the District's programs and projects, including Minimum Flows and Levels Determination, Central Florida Water Initiative, and Alternative Water Supply Development.

The RFQ provides detailed instructions for electronic submission of qualifications, including file naming conventions and requirements to avoid password protection. Respondents are encouraged to include pertinent data and information to ensure proper evaluation, and the District recommends confirming that the submittal will open correctly on a non-company owned computer. Interpretations, corrections, and supplemental instructions will be communicated through written addenda posted on DemandStar and Vendor Registry.
