38. 1-23-2019 1/29/19 Sheets, E-001, ES101, ES103, FA 001/ Spec Section 28.31.00;

2.6-A-1; 2.7-D…. Section calls for voice evac system but plans and 28.31.00:2.7-D reference horns. Also, could be impacted by Deduct#1.

Reference Horns are a fire alarm requirement, voice Evac system is a VA requirement.

39. 1-23-2019 1/29/19 Spec Section 28.31.00; 2.30C-1-3…. Section calls for "Operator Terminal". That would be an IFI workstation. Please confirm currently housed in the in the Security Office.

Yes, this is correct.

40. 1-28-2019 1/29/19 Deduct #1 is to eliminate the tee bar system on the 1st and 2nd floor. Does this also include the light fixtures? The 2 X 2 fixtures listed for these areas are for tee bar mounting only. No alternate type fixture for an open ceiling is shown.

Yes, this is correct.

41. 1-28-2019 1/29/19 Deduct #3 is to eliminate all interior walls on the 2nd floor except for rooms 220, 222 and 203. Does this deduct also include all the electrical construction, fire alarm and data/comm except for the rooms that are exempt?

Yes, this is correct.

42. 1-28-2019 1/29/19 Attachment 8 - Addendum 2 states that 'Contractor is responsible for complete demolition and removal of Building 20 (Sheet C‐ 2.0, 1A)...'. This is contradicted by both A-1.1 & C-2.0 where it directs the GC to demo a portion of the existing building 20, including all footings/structures below grade as well as utilities (keynote 1) and directs GC that there is an existing portion of building 20 that is to remain (keynote 1A). Please confirm the proper direction to ALL BIDDERS, as this is very important to have figured out at this stage.

Per Addendum 2, Contractor is responsible for complete demolition and removal of Building 20.

43. 1-28-2019 1/29/19 Additionally, if a portion of the building is to remain, we need to know how to handle the underground utilities (do you require them to be cut/cap at the demo line or interconnected so that the remaining building has usable utilities), how to close the remaining portion of the building up, structural requirements, etc.

Per Addendum 2, Contractor is responsible for complete demolition and removal of Building 20.

44. 1-21-2019 1/30/2019 Please provide complete Hazardous Material Report for Building 20 (and not just sampling location map).

See Amendment 0002, attached - B-20 ACM Report (2009- 10).

File details come from the government source that posted it.
