This is a pricing schedule continuation document (SF 1449 Blocks B.1 and B.2) for cemetery operations and grounds maintenance services at Yellowstone National Cemetery in Laurel, Montana. The contract encompasses a base year from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with four optional one-year extensions through November 30, 2031. The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is the contracting agency, and this is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offerors must have the appropriate NAICS code registered on SAM.gov and obtain SBA certification as a certified SDVOSB prior to the bid deadline of October 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.

The pricing schedule includes 20 contract line items (CLINs) per contract period covering grounds maintenance, turf establishment and repair, interment operations, headstone services, and facility maintenance. Required services include monthly grounds maintenance with turf care, aeration, dethatching, ornamental maintenance, and leaf collection; grave excavation and backfilling for casket interments (traditional and crypt), cremains burials, and sunken grave repairs; headstone setting, raising, realigning, and cleaning services; hard surface maintenance including power washing and snow/ice removal; irrigation maintenance; janitorial services; and optional services such as soil amendments, pest control, and tree pruning or removal. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and tools. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for September 17, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Yellowstone National Cemetery, and vendor questions must be submitted by September 21, 2026. All pricing fields are blank in this template document, indicating that offerors will provide unit and total prices for each CLIN during the bid submission process.
