This large tree located just inside the fence line and has fallen across the fence with the majority of the tree outside the fence perimeter.

The Government requires that the stump (which is currently exposed) and the trunk out to 10-15 feet past the fence line be removed to allow for the fence to be repaired and the fence line to be maintained in the future. The rest of the tree can remain where it has fallen.
