About this file

This document is a Technical Questions and Responses Tracking Sheet for Solicitation #36C77625R0084, relating to a Design-Build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project for additional FCUs (Fan Coil Units) in Aurora, Colorado. The tracking sheet contains three key contractor questions and corresponding VA responses, focusing on proposal submission requirements and past performance guidelines.

The key points include: (1) previously completed Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) are acceptable for submission, (2) the government will consider past performance examples from proposed Architecture/Engineering (A/E) subcontractors, and the A/E firm does not need to have been the prime contractor on previous projects, and (3) for joint venture (JV) submissions, it is acceptable for the "Project Experience" section to reflect the past performance of only one JV member, provided that member has extensive experience with projects of similar scope, size, and complexity as described in the solicitation. A Subcontractor Consent Form or Letter of Commitment is required at the time of proposal submission, with no specific format preference.

a. No, A/E does not need to have acted as Prime.
