Yes
3) Will the Government accept the use of Procore Project Management software as the primary submittal and data tracking tool for this project?

No
5) Where will the designated parking area be for workers accessing the construction site?
Parking is available south of the gas tanks or inside your fencing.
6) Will the VA provide a location to store materials on-site prior to the start of work, and will this location be available for the full length of the project?
Storage will be inside the fencing; the VA will give additional laydown space. This is for the duration of the project.
7) We did not see a spec section for insulation. Please confirm this is accurate and the building (aside from the rigid in the foundation and roofing) is an uninsulated building.
Correct, no insulation for roof or walls.
8) Please confirm there is no HVAC scope in this project.
No HVAC scope.
9) Is this project tax exempt? If so, will a certificate be issued?

17) Detail 7/SK102 is shown on column line 5 & 2, these are 2 separate roof systems. Will a separate detail be provided for column line 2? Is there a truss at this location?

Yes, if fastened to wall for shear.

Yes, door to be centered.
21) Can roof joists be hung off LVL beam opposed to bearing on top of beam?
Yes, required hanger capacity is 1200#
22) Column line 2, 3, 4, & 5: Are the walls to be framed with the pitch of the roof?
Yes
23) Can a truss be ‘notched in’ on gables (column line 3, 4, & 5)?
Not sure what this is referring to, if it is just to create the roof slope, that is okay as long as wind shear loads are transferred from sheathing to wall.

Splice with 36" long 2x12 with (4) 5/8" bolts each end of splice. Splice as close to top as possible.
