For the “Factor 1 – Technical Approach” we would like to conduct a site visit of the project prior to finalizing our overall technical approach – specifically for our construction narrative. However, there is no site visit scheduled until Phase II of the proposal. Would the government be willing to move the Technical Approach Factor to the Phase II proposal? If not, would the government consider allowing a site visit of the project prior to the Phase 1 due date?
7/05/2022: Site Visit will be offered to those entering Phase II of the solicitation only. – SW – VA Contract Specialist

For the “Factor 2 – Specialized Experience” the guidelines indicate that the sample project must be a minimum of $500,000 and not exceeding $1M. Would the government consider removing the upper limit of $1M? We have past projects that exceed $1M, but are extremely similar in scope and execution. We believe these projects are still relevant even though the dollar value is a bit higher.
7/05/2022: Sample projects must be in similar “size and scope of solicited project. – SW- VA Contract Specialist

In “Factor 3 – Management Approach” the government has asked us to provide a resume for a Physical Security Specialist (CPP or PSP). Can the government please provide additional information on the scope that will require the Physical Security Specialist? From the SOW and the other project documents, it is unclear what purpose/role the Physical Security Specialist will be performing on the project. Any additional information that can be provided would help us ensure we have the properly qualified individual on our Team.
7/05/2022: See SOW and Attachment 3 of solicitation. – SW – VA Contract Specialist
