About this file
This document outlines a Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan (QASP) for a Tele-ICU Enterprise Turn Key IDIQ contract opportunity with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The contract requires providing 99.9% uptime reliability for proprietary software, interfaces, hardware and video capabilities. It establishes six Performance Requirement Standards addressing uptime reliability, issue resolution, invoicing, training compliance, reporting and documentation. Acceptable performance thresholds, surveillance methods and remedies for missed deadlines or errors are defined for each standard. Late deliverables may incur penalties if revisions are needed after the fifth attempt.
