About this file
This file is a Question and Answer document from an RFQ amendment addressing clarification on the audio booth specifications for the Burlington, Iowa VA Medical Center.
The document provides a specific technical clarification regarding the audiology room floor configuration. In response to a vendor question about whether the audio booth would be recessed into a pit or constructed without a floor, the government confirmed that the floor in the audiology room is recessed with a depth of 4 inches. This specification is relevant to vendors submitting quotes for the audio booth installation at the Burlington CBOC facility. The RFQ is set aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses, and all offerors must maintain active SAM.gov registration and complete the required certificates of compliance for limitations on subcontracting and Buy American requirements at submission time.
