About this file
This document amends an instruction to offerors for a solicitation seeking proposals for the installation of patient ceiling lifts at a Veterans Affairs medical center. The amendment changes the required submission documents to include revising Table A to identify rooms requiring new infrastructure installation by the manufacturer, and costs associated with installing the new infrastructure. Offerors must also submit a completed price schedule from Section B.3 of the solicitation. All other submission requirements remain the same, including limiting the response to 35 pages and submitting authorization documentation from the original equipment manufacturer. The related federal contract opportunity is for patient ceiling lifts with Solicitation Number 36C26223Q1789 from the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration VISN 22.
