About this file
This document contains answers to questions about a solicitation for laundry trucking services. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide transportation of clean and soiled linen items between the Phoenix Veterans Administration Health Care System laundry plant in Phoenix, Arizona, the Northern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care System in Prescott, Arizona, and surrounding Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The period of performance is a base year plus four option years beginning October 1, 2022. The incumbent contractor was URTRUCKBROKER CORP but the statement of work differs in that it now includes all CBOCs. No uniforms are required for workers. Acceptable vehicles are trucks no larger than 53 feet with swing doors. The contractor must supply carts and comply with other requirements around tasks, deliverables, licenses, and endorsements.
