The purpose of this amendment is to provide interested firms to provide the required VA notice of limitations on subcontracting certificate of compliance for services and construction.

Modification to a Previous Notice

*= Required Field Modification to a Previous Notice

This amendment provides interested firms until June 11, 2025 at 3 pm Pacific Time to provide the required VAAR 852.219-75 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING—

https://www.va.gov/oal/library/vaar/vaar852.asp#85221975

The following provides direction to completing VAAR 852.219-75 (January 2023) (Deviation) to meet mandatory certification requirements to be eligible for evaluation.

• Please submit completed certification for VAAR 852.219-75 (January 2023) (Deviation), attached, as a separate document, as an addition to the already submitted proposal.

• This is not an opportunity to revise other aspects of your proposal.

• No other language or version will be accepted other than VAAR 852.219-75 (January 2023) (Deviation) attached.

• This amendment does not reopen the question-and-answer period for this requirement.

• VA will not verify for firms if they have already met the submittal requirements; it is up to a firm to review its own proposal.

• Failure to complete the mandatory certification in its entirety will result in the ineligibility and rejection of the proposal.

By submitting the mandatory VAAR 852.219-75 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON
