1. According to WA UST database, UST ID 4748 tanks 7 & 8 “Boiler tanks” were removed as of 07/09/2024. Were new tanks installed? If so, please provide the details.

Those are the Permanent removal of old tanks; new tanks will not be installed.

2. Are there any AST tanks on the Seattle campus that will need STI inspections? If so, please provided Details.

There are none requiring STI inspections.

3. What type and how many ATG systems are installed at the Seattle campus?

A total of 3

One - Pneumercator Liquid Level Control systems ATG System

Two Veeder-Root ATG System

4. Are there are ATG systems installed on the AST tanks at American Lake? If so, please provide details.

There are 3 Veeder-Root systems installed.

5. Do any tanks at either campus hold gasoline and require Stage 1 testing? If so, please provide details.

1 tank at the American Lake Campus: 1000 Gallon Unleaded fuel tank

6. Is this service part of a current contract? If so, please provide contract number.

There are no existing current contracts at the station for these services.

7. What companies are currently being used for testing?

Previous company used in the past include Fuel Care / Tank Testing: Northwest Tank

8. Are there any outstanding violations with WA DOE that will need to be addressed immediately?
