Pre-Bid Meeting Design Build Project Imaging System Removal Floor Restoration and Electrical Work.
The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the Imaging system Removal Floor Restoration and Electrical Work at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center as outlined in the Statement of Work and associated documents.
All work must be done in compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA and federal/state environmental regulations and policies. Contractor is responsible for proper handling and disposal of debris, waste and excess fuel generated during completion of this work.
Location: Rocky Mountain VA Medical Center.
Introductions: Sylwia Zak CO and Joemart Contreras COR Site Visit:
· The pre-bid meeting/site walk is not mandatory.
· Questions during site visit must be written down and submitted to the Contracting Officer to provide answers in an amendment to all interested parties.
Pertinent Dates:
· Questions are due by July 24, 2026, before 10 am, MT. Any questions submitted after this time will not be reviewed or answered. Please submit to Elia-Laritza.Ruiz-Manzo@va.gov
· Bids are due on August 14, 2026, no later than 10:00 AM MT. Submit via email to Elia-Laritza.Ruiz-Manzo@va.gov.
Site Visit Guidelines:
· Prospective bidders are prohibited from attempting to gain information by inquiring with VA employees about project other than through written questions submitted to Contracting Officer.
· Prospective bidders are prohibited from visiting site other than through formal invitation by Contracting Officer.
· Attendees of walk-through are to stay as a group while walking to various locations and are to leave the future project site once the walk-through is concluded.
Solicitation Information:
· Confirmation of construction range: between $25,000 and $100,000.
· Special Standards of Responsibility: Please note solicitation requirements for submittal of OSHA and EMR ratings.
· VAAR clause 852.219-75 Limitation on Subcontracting: please ensure you provide a signed copy of this clause with your bid package.
· Contractor shall begin performance within 10 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete within 152 days.
Post Award Compliance:
· Compliance with Davis Bacon Wages and Application wage determination shall be expected of the contractor. The contractor shall submit their weekly certified payrolls with their monthly invoice.
