About this file

This document is a series of quarterly/annual inspection reports for the fire protection and alarm systems at the Department of Veterans Affairs Main Building in El Paso, TX. The reports cover inspections of the wet pipe sprinkler system, dry pipe sprinkler system, fire pump, and related components such as tamper switches, waterflow devices, fire department connections, and supervisory signals. The inspections were conducted on December 16, 2023 by Integrated Fire Systems & Concepts, LLC and verified by the VA representative. The reports indicate no deficiencies were found, and provide details on the static and residual pressures, flow times, and functional checks performed. This information appears to support the federal contract opportunity J042--ELP FIRE ALARM TESTING SERVICES, which requires comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and testing services for the fire alarm and suppression systems at the El Paso VA Health Care System.
