1. Where exactly are the compressors located (floor, mechanical room, etc)? These compressors are located in Outpatient Building floor 8J100

2. Depending on the location, how will Emerald World Innovations LLC gain access to remove/replace the compressors? The Engineering Department will provide an escort to the space

3. Per this solicitation, it is advertised under FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. "For acquisitions of commercial products and commercial services exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold but not exceeding $9 million". Is this statement accurate based on the advertised solicitation under FAR Subpart 13? FAR Subpart 12 and may also use simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13

4. Does this solicitation require a Bid Bond? No

5. Does the USG require Emerald World Innovations LLC provide a phase approach on the removal/reinstall of the compressors, or will the USG provide that requirement based on the utilization of the Outpatient Dental Center Doctors utilization during work operation hours? We don’t need a phase approach because there are other compressors inline that are operating on a daily basis/ the ones that need removing and replacing will not affect the operations of the Dental Clinic

6. Does the USG have pictures of the current four compressors? We don’t have any pictures of the compressors that need replacing/ they will be shown when the walkthrough is scheduled

7. Is that for only two (2) compressors or is the quantity four (4)? Each unit has two compressors within that makes one unit as a whole

8. Based on the certification and training requirement, outlined in 1.5.6.2.1, what is the purpose of getting trained on Mercury spill response? Mercury is a hazardous metal and at room temperature it turns into a toxic vapor. The technicians need to know how to protect themselves and others from accidental spills and how to clean
