About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) related to a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) solicitation for Reverse Osmosis and Deionized (RO/DI) Water Equipment Lease and Service, solicitation number 36C25625Q0479. The RFI clarifies key testing requirements, specifically noting that the contractor will not be responsible for monthly critical water testing, which will be performed by a third-party VA contractor. The contractor is required to conduct initial startup water testing, followed by monthly testing to assess equipment functionality and water hardness. The document references an attached revised schedule for detailed pricing line items for water testing across multiple service categories (line items 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, and 10-11). The solicitation is managed by the Veterans Health Administration's Veterans Integrated Service Network 16, focusing on leasing and servicing RO/DI water equipment.
