Solicitation questions and answers:
Can you supply us with a Filter List including sizes for all the Equipment listed under this contract?
See location excel attachment.
Can all Equipment be accessed during normal business hours or does some require after-hours access to perform contract duties?
The worker is required to be scheduled during normal working hours. Monday thru Friday 0700-
1630. Weekend and/or outside normal duty hours must be made 2 weeks in advance. Once schedule is approved, any deviation must be approved by the COR prior to work beginning.
Will line items be added to the price schedule?

Is this a one year or multiple year contract?
contract period will be for a base period with four (4) one (1) year option periods if exercised.
Is a site visit being held or can one be scheduled?
Are these services currently under contract or is this a new requirement? Who currently holds the contract and what is the contract number?

Please provide filter size for the Merv 8 filters.
Are these the standard ½ plastic filters. Are the window A/C ‘s standard. (same size and same brand).
For window AC units, Poly pad filter for window units, cut to size.
Please provide filter size for Merv 11 filters.
Is this contract subject to service contract labor standards (or) Davis-Bacon Act
