About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation 36C25526Q0038, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 15 (Leavenworth, KS) on June 25, 2026. The amendment updates instructions to offerors for an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for On-Site Sleep Study Services and Scoring using Registered Polysomnographic Technicians (RPSGT) at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. The contract has a base term of one year with four one-year option periods and is open to all responsible sources, including small businesses and veteran-owned small businesses.

The amendment clarifies attachment requirements by removing references to the Rules of Behavior (ROB) attachment, which can now be completed electronically through training TMS 10176, and corrects the reference to the Immigration and Nationality Act Certification attachment. Quotations must include non-price documentation in PDF format, including completed Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Contractor Rules of Behavior, Immigration and Nationality Act Certification, Rules of Behavior for non-organizational users, Past Performance Questionnaires, Certificate of Insurance, and Small Business verification. Technical evaluation factors include Registered Polysomnographic Technician qualifications and experience (with required evidence of current certification, resumes documenting sleep study experience, references, and performance assessments) and management capability. Additional evaluation criteria address Past Performance, Veterans Involvement (SDVOSB and VOSB status), and Price, listed in descending order of importance.
