BID SCHEDULE

| PROJECT: | 676-16-103 REMOVE ASBESTOS FROM CRAWLSPACE |
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision in accordance with contract documents, drawings and specifications to remove asbestos insulation from existing piping and asbestos fibers from the soil and miscellaneous debris in the crawl spaces of Buildings 400, 401, 403 and 424. Where asbestos-containing insulation is removed, new asbestos-free insulation is to be provided and labeled for type of piping and direction of flow. All work shall be performed in accordance with all current NFPA, federal, state, and local authorities at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI.
Period of Performance:
The period for construction activities from the date of the Notice to Proceed is 200 days, unless bid alternates are exercised.

METRIC PRODUCTS: Products manufactured to metric dimensions will be considered on an equal basis with those manufactured using inch-pound units, provided they fall within the tolerances specified using conversion tables contained in the latest revision of Federal Standard No. 376, and all other requirements of this document are met.
If a product is manufactured to metric dimensions, and those dimensions exceed the tolerances specified in the inch-pound units, a request shall be made to the Contracting Officer to determine if the product is acceptable. The Contracting Officer, in concert with the COR, will accept or reject the product.
