About this file

This is Amendment 0003 to Solicitation 36C25026B0025, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10 in Kettering, Ohio, effective April 15, 2026.

The amendment provides responses to 22 Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted by offerors regarding a renovation project at a VA facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Key clarifications include: flooring work (FL2) requires matching existing corridor floors with patching as needed; the A-Wing is certified asbestos-free with no testing required; baseboard (RB-1) work is limited to patch work at new wall areas only; the existing roof assembly consists of EPDM material with 90mm thickness and is under warranty with Mule-Hide Products Co., Inc.; AHU 50 shutdowns must occur after-hours or weekends to protect Inpatient Pharmacy operations; corridor walls do not require level 5 drywall finish; mockups are not required, samples are acceptable; and no alternate scope exists on the project. The facility employs a Bacnet-type Building Management System through Conserv. Additional responses address contractor responsibilities, including providing their own storage container and coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for placement at the Cold Spring Road campus (2669 Cold Spring Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222); no preferred vendors are specified for door systems or security cameras, with contractor submissions subject to COR review; cabinets are included for reference only and are not the contractor's responsibility; and access to the facility is controlled via digital and brass keys coordinated through the COR. Two attachments are referenced: A-wing Roof Warranty and 7G Drawings-A-wing roof replacement dated May 17, 2021.
