About this file
This document is an amendment to a previous combined solicitation for exterior window washing services at the Dayton VA Medical Center. The solicitation number is 36C25024Q0653 and the response is due by May 31, 2024 at 1:30 PM Eastern Time. The incumbent vendor was NC Highmaintenance, LLC with a previous contract value of $219,889.00 over a base year plus 4 option years. The amendment answers industry questions, including confirmation that the use of drones for cleaning is acceptable with proper safety measures and certifications, and that approximately 50% of the windows have screens that may not be able to be removed during cleaning. The solicitation provides instructions on how to submit proposals and indicates this is not a brand-new contract. The contracting office is the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO-10) in Kettering, Ohio.
