About this file

This document is an excerpt from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Solicitation Provision Addendum to the GSA 3516/3516A Solicitation Provisions. It outlines an alternative protest procedure for real property lease procurements by the VA. The provision states that an interested party may file a protest with the Executive Director of the Office of Construction and Facilities Management, rather than the Lease Contracting Officer, as an alternative to the standard protest process. The provision also specifies that the protest will not be considered if the interested party has a pending protest on the same or similar issues with the Lease Contracting Officer.

The related federal contract opportunity is for a new lease in Stillwater, OK for a maximum of 10,243 ABOA square feet for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation number is 36C24W24R0085.
