Q1. Can you confirm that the quote due date and time is August 7, 2026, at 4:30 PM EDT?

A1. The current due date is reflected in the latest solicitation amendment.

Referenced: 52.212-1 Addendum, General Instructions, Paragraph (4) – Quotation due date and time.

Q2. Can the Government release the construction cost estimate or construction cost range for this project?

A2. No. The Government estimate will not be released.

Q3. Can the Government provide the planholders list, bidders list, and non-mandatory pre-bid attendance list?

A3. No. The Government will not distribute the planholders list, bidders list, or pre-bid attendance list.

Q4. Have any addenda been issued after Addendum No. 1? If so, may they be provided with the response?

A4. No additional addenda have been issued.

Q5. May contractors furnish and install a manufacturer-equivalent butterfly valve in lieu of the specified Victaulic MasterSeal Series 300MS valves, provided the proposed valve is like-in-kind or equivalent and meets or exceeds all requirements identified in the Statement of Work?
