1. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT

This Amendment 0004 is issued to provide responses to additional vendor questions received after the established question deadline.

2. CHANGES TO SOLICITATION

None.

This amendment provides clarifications only. There are no changes to the Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), evaluation criteria, or submission requirements.

3. CLOSING DATE

The closing date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged: 30 April 2026, 4:30PM EST.

4. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. Question: What timeframe are you requesting for Training ie; half day, full day, multiple days?

Answer: Training Timeframe - The RFQ does not specify the required duration for training (e.g., half day, full day, or multiple days). As outlined in the Statement of Work, the contractor shall provide a comprehensive onsite training program for operating clinicians during normal business hours 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Offerors may propose a training schedule that ensures full competency and meets the requirements described in the SOW.

2. Question: Can you confirm, for the Qty126 beds, if you need a turning mattress or an alternating pressure mattress?

Answer: Therapeutic Support Surface Requirements (Qty 126 Standard Beds) - The RFQ does not use the terms “turning mattress” or “alternating pressure mattress.” However, the Statement of Work specifies that the Advanced Therapeutic Support Surface must include:

· Advanced pressure redistribution

· Airflow and moisture management

· Heel pressure redistribution

· Automated or assisted turning functionality

· Adjustable turning assistance

Offerors may propose any support surface that meets or exceeds these required performance characteristics.

5. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS
