Response to RFI’s Solicitation 36C24724R0083
1.) Question: The EMR Form provided includes the year 2024. Shouldn't this end with 2023 as 2024 isn't a complete year?
Answer: As stated in the solicitation, the past 3 years will be reviewed. The form has years 2021,2022, and 2023. Do not use the 2024 block if you have not received 2024 EMR related information.
2.) Question: The Price Volume is limited to 10 pages. The SF1442 is two pages, the Price Schedule is one page, the Breakdown of Division Pricing is one page, and the Bid Guarantee SF 24 is seven pages. That is 11 pages. Will this requirement be corrected?
Answer: This amendment removes this restriction. The Price Volume page limit is now unlimited.
3.) Question: The Pricing Schedule shows a base bid price amount. The SOW mentions a Deductive Alternate. Will a corrected Pricing Schedule be provided?
Answer: A revised pricing schedule has been added and attached to this amendment to include the deductive alternative option.
4.) Question: Regarding the Charging Station experience, can the prime contractor use a subcontractor's experience for the Technical Proposal?
Answer: The electrical experience can be provided by the sub. However, this experience must be documented in the offeror’s proposal.
5.) Question: Please confirm the minimum number of qualified individuals that will be required on site for the Superintendent, SSHO and QCM roles. The specifications state that the SSHO must be a separate individual, but given the limited scope overall, a superintendent with the necessary qualifications should suffice for all these roles.
Answer: Specification section 01 35 26 the SSHO has to be a separate qualified individual from the prime contractor's superintendent and / or Quality Control Manager with duties only as the SSHO.
