About this file
This is Amendment 003 to solicitation 36C24626Q0496, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office on May 1, 2026. The amendment extends the quote submission deadline to May 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT and updates specific sections of the Performance Work Statement and quote submission instructions.
The solicitation seeks Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiology Physician Services for off-site tele-radiology services supporting the Asheville VA Medical Center and VA beneficiaries. Services must comply with American College of Radiology (ACR) Practice Parameters and Technical Standards. The key modification clarifies that a National IT Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) must be established prior to the contract performance start date of June 1, 2026. Quote submission requirements remain largely unchanged, requiring technical proposals in PDF format demonstrating understanding of Performance Work Statement requirements, key personnel qualifications, subcontracting/partnership disclosure, liability insurance documentation, radiologic interpretation capabilities, personnel management methods, contingency plans, and quality control plans. Quoters must also submit signed Contractor Conflict of Interest and Immigration and Nationality Act Certification Statements. The amendment consolidates the MOU requirement into a single requirement stating that quoters must have a valid National IT MOU/ISA in place prior to June 1, 2026 contract performance start and provide a topological drawing of their operational structure and pathways within that MOU/ISA. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
