About this file

This architectural floor plan depicts the second floor of Building 05, detailing a renovation project focused on replacing flooring in multiple rooms. The document includes detailed drawing notes for two specific areas marked in red, outlining a comprehensive flooring replacement process. Rooms targeted include Office Med Records (202), File Rooms (201, 210, 100N), Corridors (212, 209A), and surrounding spaces.

The renovation work involves a multi-step process: removing existing carpets, steam radiators, and other fixtures; cleaning and preparing concrete surfaces; installing primer; and applying new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring. Specific requirements include abrading bare concrete, using abrasive blasting or mechanical methods, installing 1/4-inch rubber cove base at wall/floor joints, and following manufacturer's installation instructions. The plan includes scale measurements, room labels, and indicates 2-hour rated walls in the floor layout, with consultants and engineering details listed at the top of the document.
