About this file
This document is a Provision Addendum from the Department of Veterans Affairs related to an alternative protest procedure for real property lease procurements. The addendum, dated March 2024, provides an alternative method for interested parties to file protests for the lease solicitation (RLP NO. 36C24425R0051, LEASE NO. 36C24425L0009). Specifically, instead of filing a protest with the Lease Contracting Officer, parties may submit protests by mail or electronically to the Executive Director of the Office of Construction and Facilities Management at 425 I Street, NW, Washington, DC 20420 or via email to CFMORP@va.gov. The provision stipulates that protests will not be considered if the same or similar issues are already pending with the Lease Contracting Officer.
