Additionally, for Item #2 in the Statement of Work, the government instructed a modification to use single shelves 72" in length instead of 48", acknowledging a reduction of 2' in shelving capacity. Questions & Answers

Question #1:

These pertain to the high-density shelving and were sent from the manufacturer’s rep with feedback from the factory.

For items 3 and 4 can you please clarify if the units are 74” plus the caster (80” overall height) or if the units are 74” including the caster?

74” plus the caster (80”) uses standard parts.

74” including the caster would need “cut” posts. This adds to the cost and the lead-time.

Attached are the spec sheets for the MetroMax i and the Super Erecta Pro. MetroMax i cannot be used in a double deep configuration, Super Erecta Pro can.

Government Response:

All Metro Shelving to be Max i standard product.

General Height of mobile units is 74” Post with standard Casters. Totaling 80” overall.

No Cutting.

Item #2 in Statement of Work - Switch to single and make the shelves 72” instead of 48” with the understanding we will lose 2’ of shelving.
