About this file
This document is an Exhibit AD - VA Provision Addendum to the GSA Template 3516/3516A, which outlines an alternative protest procedure for real property lease procurements by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The key details are:
- The alternative protest procedure allows interested parties to file a protest directly with the Executive Director of the VA's Office of Construction and Facilities Management, rather than the Lease Contracting Officer.
- The protest will not be considered if the interested party has a pending protest on the same or similar issue with the Lease Contracting Officer.
- This addendum is related to Solicitation Number 36C24424R0032 for the Adams County Community Base Outpatient Clinic, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 4.
