| RFI# | Date Submitted | Description of RFI | Responsibility | Response | Status | |
| 1 | 10/22/20 | Per our conversation , please note teat the specifications appear to be missing the specific divisional table of contents. Please provide update as your schedule allows. | Watson | Concur-this is complete and will be provided with updated spec-book. | Answered/Additional Information Forthcoming | |
| 2a | 11/2/20 | What is the scope of work for the ceiling mastic that is on the 4th floor plaster ceiling above the drop ceiling? do we remove all of it , or only what is necessary for the other trades to do their work ? there is no note on the drawings indicating we do anything with it | C&S | Ceiling demolition shall follow description on mechanical demo drawings. Also see Asbestos Abatement specification. "Brown ceiling glue dots" have been identified as asbestos to be abated. Approximate quantities are indicated. | Answered/RFI Closed | |
| 2b | 11/2/20 | On drawing H-105 it calls for removal of the black duct wrap, it appears this was previously removed as during the pre bid walk thru we could not find it, Please confirm if it is there and it's locations. | ECS | Please ensure close review of specification 02 82 11 and the ECS asbestos survey report dated 4 June 2020. In the ECS Report 9550-A, we have included edits to provided drawings indicating a broad extent of where materials were found in the survey. These areas are not all inclusive and materials could be found outside of these areas. The black duct wrap is marked on Drawing M-102/M-106/M-107 in Appendix II drawings. There are several areas with black HVAC duct wrap (room 434 air handler, 6th floor). Appendix III, photos 2 & 3 (black tar coating/black duct wrap) shows the exact material we are referencing. | Answered/RFI Closed | |

See photo at link. https://drive.google.com/file/d/18GNSKf_wcLTHzUUC6dnkokvKK97BVJFa/view?usp=sharing

| 4a | 11/3/20 | During the site visit meeting, it was observed that between the ACT ceiling, and existing secondary ceiling, down the corridors and in the rooms on the forth and fifth floors, that a significant amount of conduits, pipes, cables, Unistrut, all-thread supports and more are present. It was mentioned that the intent is re-locate all existing items as needed to run the new ductwork and new piping as required. Please advise if there are any As-built drawings and if any information that can be provided to quantify the amount of items to be relocated. | Watson | No as-built drawings are available that detail above ceiling equipment and are impossible to be created until the ceiling is removed. Please refer to mechanical demolition notes #1 and #2, which describes exactly the scope of work as it applies to above ceiling work and see drawings for extent of demolition work. | Answered/RFI Closed | |

We are in the process of determining if any windows exist where this is not the case and if any exterior glazed windows exist, those will be called out on drawings. For bidding purposes, all windows should be assumed to be interior glazed. | Answered/Additional Information Forthcoming
