About this file

This document is Amendment No. 0003 to a federal pest control solicitation (36C24126Q0734) issued on August 31, 2026. The amendment provides responses to four questions submitted by prospective offerors, with the response due date remaining unchanged.

The solicitation covers pest control services across 32 buildings totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet. Included facilities are Buildings 1-10, 12-22, 29, 32, 33, 61, 62, 70, 78, 78A, 80, 81, and 82, with services available at any of these locations as needed. The contractor must provide on-site pest control services twice weekly for facility treatments and responses to submitted Pest Control Requests. There are currently no significant pest issues or active infestations. The government has not specified a maximum or Not-to-Exceed (NTE) contract value, noting that any requirements beyond the contract's scope would necessitate a separate contract. Historical service data indicates nothing has exceeded the contract specifications previously.
