S06 Site West Haven-MASTER-utility plan.pdf

This is a site utilities plan drawing showing the layout and underground utilities for the West Haven VA Medical Center campus. The drawing, created by HP Engineering, displays building footprints, underground utility lines (shown in green), and other site infrastructure elements across the medical center property. The plan appears to be related to a federal contract opportunity for replacing underground storage tanks at VA facilities in West Haven and Newington, CT.

The drawing provides detailed technical information that would be relevant for contractors bidding on the underground storage tank replacement project, including existing utility locations, building positions, and site constraints that would need to be considered during tank removal and replacement work. The drawing includes a legend identifying different utility line types and symbols used in the plan.
