The solicitation number is 36C10X26R0009, with a response deadline of May 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products set-aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The amendment makes four substantive changes to the solicitation: (1) adds Attachment H - Certification of Recall or Safety Issues, which offerors must complete, sign, and submit with their proposals under penalty of proposal rejection; (2) requires offerors to certify that all proposed items have no outstanding recalls, no known safety issues, and comply with all applicable medical equipment regulations and safety standards; (3) specifies that proposals missing Attachment H or containing items subject to recalls or safety issues will be deemed unacceptable and removed from award consideration; and (4) incorporates FAR Clause 52.222-90 (Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal) by reference, effective April 2026. Industry questions and government responses have been documented in Attachment G. The amendment was issued April 30, 2026 and is effective immediately.
