About this file
This document is Amendment No. 1 to Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) No. 36C10F24R0039 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The amendment revises the initial offer submittal date from September 20, 2024 to October 4, 2024, and provides additional requirements for the offered space, including that it must be located on a contiguous single floor, not in a FEMA 100-year flood plain, and compatible for the VA's intended use. It also specifies the process for submitting offers via email or Dropbox link. Appendices related to the lease design narrative, conceptual floor plan, and janitorial services have been updated and replaced. The VA aims to award a fully serviced lease for this CBOC requirement.
