About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Veterans Affairs Processing and Automation Services (VPAS) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). The RFI seeks industry input on a new Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to replace the existing Veterans Intake, Conversion and Communication Services (VICCS) contract, which expires in September 2024. The procurement will support VA's need for managed services across multiple categories, including source material processing, mail automation, data extraction, claims processing, records management, and system integration services.

Key details include a response deadline of March 3, 2024, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with submissions to be sent to VBA.Procurements@va.gov. A virtual Industry Day is scheduled for February 21, 2024, from 2:00-3:00 PM Eastern Time. The RFI requests vendors provide company information, capability statements, responses to specific questions about service capabilities, mail processing strategies, data ingestion, and potential pricing structures. The solicitation is currently on hold, with vendors advised to monitor SAM.gov for future updates, and responses are purely for information gathering with no guarantee of a future solicitation.
