About this file
This is a modification notice updating the planned RFP release timeline for the Veterans' Affairs Processing Automation (VPAS) requirement, changing it from Q2/Q3 to Q3/Q4 of the current fiscal year. The notice also removes Ms. Courtney Middleton as a point of contact and directs all future inquiries to VBA.Procurements@va.gov.
The associated RFI describes VPAS as a successor to the Veterans Intake, Conversion and Communication Services (VICCS) IDIQ, which expires in September 2024. The requirement encompasses source material processing, automation development, integration services, and support services for VA benefits processing. Key services include mail management, document digitization, data extraction, business process automation, and claims processing support. The RFI response deadline is March 3, 2024, with a 30-page limit. A virtual Industry Day is scheduled for February 21, 2024. The primary NAICS code is 518210, and the associated PSC is R499. No set-aside has been determined yet.
