About this file

This file is Amendment 0002 to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center in Eatontown, New Jersey. The RFI (Solicitation Number 36C10B26Q0837) seeks information regarding QGenda On-Call Full Range (FR) Scheduling Software to support clinical scheduling and on-call management operations across the VA. The amendment extends the response deadline to October 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, providing vendors additional time to review previously submitted questions and answers (Q&A-Part 2) and to revise or submit their responses. The solicitation is classified under Product Service Code 7A21 and NAICS Code 541519. The contracting office is located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724, with Contract Specialist Ana Subashi serving as the point of contact.

This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a binding solicitation or commitment to award a contract. Responses are voluntary and become government property; interested vendors are responsible for marking any proprietary information accordingly. The government is not responsible for costs incurred by industry in responding to this RFI. Participation in this RFI does not preclude vendors from competing in any future Request for Proposal (RFP) that may be issued. Vendors must provide company information including name, CAGE/DUNS number, address, and points of contact. This amendment represents the second update to the original RFI, following Amendment 0001, which provided the first set of Q&A responses.
