About this file

This document is a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Enterprise Mammography Tracking System. The PWS outlines comprehensive requirements for a sophisticated digital mammography management solution to be deployed across 88 mammography programs in 56 VA Medical Centers and the National Teleradiology Program. The system must integrate with existing VA systems like VistA and Oracle Health, support patient registration, reporting, tracking, quality assurance, and analytics, and include features such as patient history tracking, risk assessment, report generation, and third-party software integration.

Key technical requirements include enterprise-level deployment, Single Sign-On authentication, HL7 and DICOM integration, 95% uptime guarantee, comprehensive training for clinical users and administrators, 24/7 customer support, and the ability to manage users at facility, VISN, and VHA levels. The system must also support migration of historical radiology reports, provide detailed reporting capabilities, and interface with mammography workstations from vendors like Hologic and GE. The Request for Information (RFI) seeks responses from vendors by May 14, 2025, with a preference for Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) that can meet specific set-aside requirements.
