About this file

This document is a modification to a previous request for information from the Department of Veterans Affairs for an audio response software as a service solution. Interested vendors are requested to respond by January 29, 2024 confirming their ability to meet the requirements in the attached performance work statement, including being certified at FedRAMP High level within 24 months of contract award. The solution must be able to interact with VA's electronic health record systems. Vendors should provide pricing information including implementation costs, annual license and maintenance fees, and a rough order of magnitude for integration work. Responses are limited to 20 pages and should include company information and documentation demonstrating how their solution meets the requirements. The opportunity is set aside for verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, who must agree not to subcontract more than 50% of the value of the contract to firms that are not also SDVOSBs.
