About this file

This document is an Attachment B Sample Statement of Work for a state contract opportunity between the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and a selected consultant. The scope of work includes project management, bridge design services, and load rating for the replacement of Structure No. 24318 (Hwy 2WB over RR_MP64.13), a skewed 4-span horizontally curved steel girder bridge. The consultant shall prepare a minimum of 44 CAD drawings, provide structural calculations, and coordinate with ODOT throughout the design phase, including delivery of design packages at key milestones. The project is located in Hood River County, Oregon, with a planned bid letting in February 2027 and a targeted second note in April 2028.

The document outlines the consultant's responsibilities for quality assurance, quality control, and coordination of the bridge design. It also details the various meetings, design reviews, and submittals required throughout the project. Pricing terms, set asides, and funding sources are not explicitly stated in this document. The contract appears to be a work order contract under a larger price agreement between ODOT and the selected consultant.
