About this file

This document is the Technical Specifications for an Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) contract opportunity to add Lenel access card reader control at multiple locations. The project includes installing card readers and keypads on an existing motorized cantilever gate and multiple building entry points at the Estacada District 2C Headquarters and the Sandy Maintenance Station. The contractor must provide and install all necessary equipment, wiring, and programming to create a fully functional Lenel access control system, with work to be substantially completed by June 30, 2024 and finally completed by July 31, 2024. ODOT has designated a Project Manager as the main point of contact, and has provided a list of approved Lenel Value Added Resellers who must perform the programming and system testing.

The contract opportunity does not include pricing information or funding details. However, it does specify that the contractor is responsible for obtaining any required local permits, protecting materials and equipment, and repairing any damage to the premises. The contractor must also coordinate closely with ODOT throughout the project and comply with all relevant safety regulations.
